Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any service with LA Auto Care, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided, including mobile car detailing, solar panel cleaning, driveway cleaning, and exterior house pressure washing.
2. Services Provided
We offer the following services:

Mobile car detailing (interior & exterior)

Solar panel cleaning

Driveway and concrete pressure cleaning

Exterior pressure washing (walls, facades, fences, etc.)
All services are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe or inappropriate conditions exist (e.g. hazardous materials, poor weather, aggressive animals, unsafe access).
3. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, online, or social media.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can accommodate others.

There is no cancellation fee, and we understand that circumstances can change.
4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, or service area.

Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, EFT, and bank transfers.
5. Access Requirements

For mobile car detailing, the Client must provide safe access to the vehicle and a nearby power and/or water source (if required).

For pressure washing and exterior cleaning, adequate outdoor access and safe work conditions must be available.

For solar panel cleaning, we require safe roof access or suitable conditions to safely complete the job.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
6. Liability & Risk
While we always aim to provide a high-quality and careful service, LA Auto Care is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage (e.g. scratches, chips, faded paint, loose trim, etc.)

Electrical faults or issues caused by water exposure in areas not properly sealed or maintained

Damage resulting from unclear instructions, poor access, or negligence by the Client
-
Loss or damage to personal belongings left in or around the service area
Please remove personal items from vehicles or outdoor areas prior to service.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be happy with the results. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service so we can inspect and address the issue. No refunds or discounts will be offered if the issue is not raised within this time frame.
8. Warranties & Guarantees
All work is carried out with reasonable care and skill in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
We do not guarantee long-term outcomes such as water spotting, dust accumulation, or weather-related wear following service.
9. Privacy
Your personal information will only be used for service delivery, bookings, and communication. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be handled under South Australian law.
